Around 24 hours of CNC machining turns 100 kg of solid aluminium into a 3 934 g frame. When the manufactured geometry matches the CAD model within ±0.05 mm, the simulation you trust is the bike you ride.
Aerospace adhesive. Seven-stage process.
Structural adhesive bonding is the standard joining method in aerospace and Formula 1. It spreads load across the whole joint instead of concentrating it, and leaves no heat-affected zone. The seam between the two machined halves is invisible to the naked eye.
E-coated in-house. No paint.
Three e-coat finishes: Raw Silver, True Gold, Hero Bronze. Each one goes on our own line. The e-coat seals every surface, inside the cavities too, against corrosion.
